Work in a fast-paced call center to answer and resolve incoming non-technical business customer inquiries. Serve as the principal link between the company and its business customers to ensure satisfaction and retention. The types of issues you will help resolve could include account balance information, billing, returns, exchanges, pricing, etc. You'll need to be a good listener and ask questions to uncover solutions and the potential need for additional customer requirements. Then when it's appropriate, make recommendations for additional products or services. Some employers attach a sales quota to this job.
